LOCK BAR TYPE REAR SITE ASSY

This is a complete rear sight assembly for the M1 Garand rifle. THE DETAILS: These use a new production repro lock bar pinion assy, a new production cover, a GI sight base and aperture. The coloration is a bit darker than the pic shows. The base is lighter gray, the pinion assy darker charcoal black--in any event the park colors won't be a match, close, but like originals the parts went thru parkerizing at different times and places. If your needing a 100% perfect match this may not be your cup of tea. The parts interchange with GI parts so use the assembly as is, or use it as a source of parts. No rust or pits. We've sold hundreds of the repro pinion assy's and they work out real well. The knob markings are "open arrows" so mimic WRA production. The lockbar type would be type 2 long pinion with rounded end lock bar. Surely won't be fooling a pro with this, but great rear sight for WW2 tribute rifles, or works good on receivers with worn serrations. Sold each, enter quantity desired in cart.
